How I coach
A system built on your data
Weigh in every morning, track your macros, watch the trend — and adjust only when you actually stall. I got lean by instrumenting my body like any other system. I'll set yours up and read the data with you.
A program you'll actually follow
A real training plan (push/pull/legs/upper), 2–3 hard sets that beat four junk ones, progressive overload every session — built to fit a few hours a week, not to live in the gym.
Get lean first, then build
Leanness before chasing mass — you build muscle while you lean out, and lean looks more muscular anyway. The goal is looking really good, not a number on a scale.
Direct accountability
I take a handful of people at a time so I can actually pay attention — check your data, adjust the plan, and keep you honest. You're not doing this alone off a PDF.
